Residential fire in Intramuros raised to 4th alarm

A fire broke out in a residential area known as “Maisan” at the corner of Cabildo and Anda Street in Intramuros on Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 25., affecting around 200 families. and prompting authorities to raise the alarm to the fourth level. Firefighters continue suppression operations as thick smoke blankets Intramuros. Authorities urge the public to avoid the area and give way to emergency responders.
