INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON TRADITIONAL AND NON-TRADITIONAL THREATS IN A TRANSFORMING WORLD HELD AT LAHORE The two‑day International Conference on “Re‑Thinking Security: Traditional and Non‑Traditional Threats in a Transforming World” was co‑hosted by the Maritime Centre of Excellence (MCE), Pakistan Navy War College and the University of Management and Technology (UMT) at Lahore. Chief of Staff Pakistan Navy, Vice Admiral Raja Rab Nawaz, attended the concluding session at UMT as the Chief Guest, urging students and young professionals to confront a rapidly evolving digital and globalized world with determination, integrity and professional excellence. Earlier, Commander Karachi, Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi, highlighted at the inaugural session in MCE the growing importance of the maritime domain for regional stability and called for collaborative, technologically adaptive approaches to meet emerging Indian Ocean challenges.
