Description

Friends, in this video I made a cutting machine and showed how to make one at a very low cost.By cutting machine, I mean the kind of machine we use as our grinder. This machine is usually used to cut iron items, PVC pipe seats, and many other types of items. So I'll first tell you how I made this. First, I made a structure out of cardboard seats.Among them, I used a powerful 775 DC motor. And these motors are very powerful, as you all know. And because this motor is a DC motor, we can power it with various types of things like solar panels, battery power supplies, etc.And the most important thing is? I have installed a speed controller in it. Let's say we need a low speed. Then we can reduce the speed. Similarly, when we need speed, we can increase its RPM.775 motor can work easily from 12 volts to 24 volts. So, even if our voltage is higher or lower, there will be no problem. After getting everything ready, I tested it out and saw how beautifully our iron cut PVC pipe seats and cards effortlessly. What's more important is that we can remove the blade and replace it with another one at will. *DIY Cutting Machine Using 775 DC Motor Project Highlights: Low-Cost Build: I made the main structure using cardboard sheets, making this project budget-friendly and easy to assemble. Powerful Motor: The heart of the machine is a 775 DC motor, known for its high power and versatility. You can run this motor using a battery, power supply, or even solar panels! Adjustable Speed: I installed a speed controller, so you can easily adjust the RPM for different cutting needs—slow for precision, fast for tougher materials. Flexible Power: The 775 motor operates smoothly from 12V to 24V, so you don’t have to worry about voltage fluctuations. Replaceable Blade: The blade can be swapped out quickly, allowing you to cut different materials with the same machine. What I Demonstrated: After assembling everything, I tested the machine by cutting iron, PVC pipes, and cardboard. The results were impressive—the machine handled all materials effortlessly! Why You’ll Love This Project: Save money by building your own cutting machine Use it for various DIY projects around the home or workshop Easily customize or upgrade the blade for different tasks If you enjoyed this project, don’t forget to like, share, and subscribe for more creative DIY builds and tutorials! #CuttingMachine #DIYTools #775Motor #homemade angle grinder angle grinder wood cutting how to make grinding machine how to make 775 dc motor 775 motor cutting machine dc motor cutting machine 12v dc motor cutting machine 775 motor, cutting machine 775 dc motor drill machine 775 dc motor cutting machine
