This workout features 6 core exercises that you'll do for 5 total sets . The catch is, you'll start with 20 seconds of rest between each exercise BUT the rest period will decrease by 5 seconds for each set. The goal is to complete the workout while only resting during the designated rest periods. We want to challenge you to match or exceed our pace throughout the workout but if it gets too fast or your form begins to break, you can regress by going at your own pace. This is a great workout to do every couple of weeks as a benchmark to gauge how much your strength and endurance is improving.
