3,700km to Uluru on a BMW R nineT Scrambler — The Journey Begins

This series chronicles my 7500km round trip from Perth to Uluru and back again on a BMW R nineT Urban GS. Along for the ride is my mate on his BMW R1300GSA. This trip test both us and our motorcycles out in the outback of Australia. Heat, dust, rain, road trains and sore bums is the name of the game. In this first episode of the series we prepare the bikes with new tires and a fresh service ready for the big adventure.
