Mum and Dad Australian magpies come for bales and visit the birdbath

Mum rocks up for bales and finds some food here and there. Dad subs in for mealworms under the second bale. They end up on the birdbath briefly. Lil' Sis is about but doesn't come anywhere near the bales or birdbath. Not the most productive bales. As usual Dad leaves plenty of mealworms behind. I really have to go a bit easier on them. Nothing wrong with a quick visit if you get to see both adults, there are bales and half a bath. I haven't seen Dad have a proper bath for a while. Naturally no sign of Junior. I hope Lil' Sis can get comfortable enough to visit the bales. Maybe she stayed away because I was too close. Cheers folks!
