SANDY TRIES SWALLOWING WIGGLY LIVE FISH BUT CHOKES & FLINGS IT IN AIR! JACKIE TO THE RESCUE 5.13.26

Sandy mantles the fish & tries to figure out how to eat it but it is moving all over the place. Luna tries to swallow it but can't. Jackie heads over to the front porch letting the kids try and figure this out. Sandy get the fish back and tries gulping it down but can't. The fish gets caught in Sandy's throat - Sandy shakes its head & flings the fish in the air. Timestamp: 06:21. Jackie is watching and she immediately flies over to the nest to help. She feeds the small fish to both Sandy & Luna - then Jackie retires to the front porch again - she does a great job feeding and also teaching the kids important lessons they will encounter in the wild. Sandy & Luna are still too young to self feed -their beaks are not hard enough to unzip a fish. They will try and swallow large pieces of food or even small fish like we see here today. It will be a couple more weeks before they will be strong enough to stand on the prey & tear off small pieces and eat it. Thank you watching!
