That’s right. You can walk right into the park without paying a gate fee, which is something you almost never see anymore in the theme park world. Located in Elysburg, Pennsylvania, Knoebels is one of the most unique parks I’ve ever visited. Instead of a typical corporate theme park, it feels like a classic American amusement park with a ton of history, incredible food, and rides you simply won’t find anywhere else. I spent the day exploring the park, checking out the atmosphere, and trying rides to see how Fat Tested they really are. What really stood out to me was just how many unique and historic rides Knoebels has. From legendary wooden roller coasters like Phoenix to classic rides you rarely see anymore, the park is packed with personality and charm. Honestly, I absolutely loved this place. It might be one of the most fun and authentic amusement parks I’ve ever been to. The mix of old-school rides, the relaxed atmosphere, and the fact that you can just wander in and ride what you want using tickets makes it feel totally different from most modern parks. I also want to give a big thank you to Knoebels for providing me with media ride tickets during my visit so I could experience more of the park and share it with all of you.
