2026 Mercedes GLS Facelift Revealed - Explained All Changes, Spec, Features And More Details

Mercedes-Benz has revealed the updated GLS SUV for the global markets. The facelift version not only gets cosmetic updates but also comes with new features. The GLS facelift features a redesigned front grille with a set of new LED headlights on either side. The headlights house a pair of projectors and vertically stacked tri-star LEDs. In the rear, the SUV gets wraparound taillights with three tri-star LEDs and a black panel connecting them. 21-inch alloy wheels come standard, while 22-inch rims are available as an option. Inside, the GLS facelift gets a triple-screen setup, featuring 12.3-inch screens running on the MB.OS operating system. The Rear Comfort Package Plus adds two 11.6-inch rear entertainment screens. The 'Energizing Comfort' feature adjusts the climate control system, ambient lighting, seat massaging, and temperature functions to enhance comfort. Mercedes also claims to have improved the NVH levels of the GLS. The GLS facelift comes with mild-hybrid engines. The GLS 450 uses a 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder turbo-petrol, while the GLS 580 has a V8 producing 530 BHP and 750 Nm. Diesel versions include the GLS 350d and GLS 450d.
