A simple way to gradually build a real daily meditation practice together. Today, set a timer for 1 minute and simply sit with yourself. This video is not meant to be a follow along meditation. It is an invitation to begin your own practice. Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. And observe your breath moving in and out of your nose. No need to control the breath. Just notice it. The cool air coming in. The warm air going out. When your mind wanders, gently return your attention back to the breath. Yes, there are many meditation techniques and traditions.
