The Jealous Mermaid and Her Magical Powers

In this episode of Mako: Island of Secrets (also known as Mako Mermaids), Nixie brings gold coins from the ocean and goes shopping with her younger sister. While Nixie and Sirena start enjoying life in the human world, Lyla struggles with jealousy and anger toward Jack after he becomes happy with his new powers. In frustration, Lyla puts Jack’s dog on a boat and leaves it in the middle of the water. But Jack surprises her by using his powers to bring the boat back safely. Things get worse when water accidentally falls on Lyla in public, forcing her to hide her true mermaid form. With no way to dry herself, she struggles until her sisters help her escape using Sirena’s magical singing voice.
