Sarah Heimeier is an award-winning Service Design Leader with over a decade of industry experience. She has led significant transformation projects for some of Australia’s largest SaaS companies, financial institutions, and FinTechs. She has spoken at both national and international conferences and has won three Good Design awards.
Sarah is passionate about strategy, research, and Service Design, placing her at the forefront of the latest design methods. As an experienced educator, she coaches designers and shares her expertise through talks and workshops. Sarah designs and delivers company visions while specialising in Service Design, leadership, innovation, strategy, design research, and communication.
Sarah holds an Honours degree in Industrial Design and has completed the altMBA. With a love of learning, she continuously seeks new pursuits, such as improvisation, stand-up comedy, and watercolour painting.
