Riding a Volare roller coaster has been described as an uncomfortable, jarring, and often painful experience, with riders often experiencing headaches or sore necks afterwards. Victims are squeezed into the unique restraints for a wild ride, starting with an "egg beater" lift hill and following through with a series of jarring heartline rolls - some might describe it as nearer torture than fun!
