INGREDIENT & PROCESS Boiled potato 2 medium size Salt to taste Onion 1 tbsp Green chili 2 pieces Parsley 1 tbsp Garlic 1/2 tsp Ginger 1/2 tsp Pepper powder 1/4 tsp Chili flakes 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Mix well Capsicum 2 pieces Remove the seeds Gram flour 1/2 cup Salt to taste Cumin 1/4 tsp Black cumin 1/4 tsp Chili powder 1/2 tsp Water as needed Thick batter Fry on medium flame until golden brown
