Trying everything to save a tiny piglet

He wasn't accepted by mom and wasn't drinking. He was weighing 1,5kg instead of the 7kg he should weigh when I got him. He needed intensive care. The vet thought me how to feed him by tube, which I did every 2,5 hours that night... Helping the weakest ones comes at a price. And days like these break my hart. But I thought I should share this side of the work as well with you guys. I'm so sorry I couldn't do better... but this is nature which I greatly respect. And I hope by sharing his story, his short live will have some meaning by showing the sweetness of his kind; a very social and quite intelligent fellow mammal we share this planet with.
