Dinner at the Smoque Shack

The Smoque Shack is a BBQ restaurant in Ottawa that opened in August, 2011. Authentic BBQ is relatively new here. I'm not a food reviewer but on my second visit I captured a bit of video. We split a Texas brisket sandwich, then followed up with a sampler platter of Jamaican jerk pork, BBQ smoked ribs and southern style chicken. Rice and beans and cornbread were side dishes. It was great and I can't wait to go back. Camera was a Canon PowerShot ELPH 300, sorry for the muddy audio near the end that overwhelmed the mic a bit.
