Steve Sarkisian on Arch Manning's recovery from offseason foot surgery

A handful of Longhorns underwent offseason surgery to fix some issues, and quarterback Arch Manning was one of them. He had foot surgery to repair what the school called a "previous" injury, and he may or may not be ready for spring football.
