Greens MP Abigail Boyd: 'Australia must not be a platform for empire and staging post for war'

NSW Greens Member of the Legislative Council AbigailBoyd said in a speech on February 21 that we should end the AUKUS military pact because “Australia must not be a platform for empire and staging post for war”. The Sydney Anti-AUKUS Coalition (SAAC) organised this action outside the gates to the HMAS Kuttabul naval base in Gadigal Country/Sydney on February 21 as part of the global anti-US bases days of action, called by World Beyond War.
