Description
So we’re sittin’ around, eh, and Doug McKenzie cracks a cold one and goes, “I think I can do it without droppin’ my bottle.” I was munchin' on a donut, eye ballin' the last piece of pizza eh, and figured "why not, eh?" What could go wrong. This was gonna be a sloppy good time.. and someone was going to get muddified
Today, for your viewing pleasure (and our bad decisions), Doug becomes front ballast, hard fisting his grip on his northern brew as not to drop it.. The ol’ red T-16 Soviet workhorse tractor—yeah, the one held together by duct tape, and maple syrup—needed a bit more go juice, so I recently switched out the motor in a swap. Now she's 2300kv HW Fusion Pro Sensored and Brushless on 3s Lipo.. so plenty of wheel speed for this workhorse that weighs 9.2 pounds. So Doug tosses on his toque, fires up his ATV, and drives it right onto the bed of the tractor. One hand on his stubby, the other on the bars. That’s science, bud.
We’re talkin’ creek crossings, mud holes deeper than a two-four in February, and a hill so steep even the moose gave up.
Backwoods style. Full send in miniature. No trailers. No spotters. No safety. Just a half-finished homemade tractor cab, a slightly overconfident Canadian legend, and a whole lotta “hold on tight, but Im not gunna strap you down”
Shot on location in Nova Scotia, Canada.
Beauty, eh?
