Add all batter ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 2. Transfer to a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Batter should be thick and pourable. 3. Heat your idli steamer, grease plates lightly with cold-pressed coconut oil. 4. Pour batter into moulds and steam for 15 mins on medium flame. 5.
