Can Intel Change My Mind? (I've Been on Apple Silicon for 5 Years)

Intel invited me to the Australian launch of their new Core Ultra Series 3 processors in Sydney. As someone who hasn't touched an Intel machine since my 2018 MacBook Pro, I wasn't sure what to expect. A couple of things genuinely surprised me. The real question though — could any of it convince me to leave Final Cut Pro? MSI were kind enough to lend me one of their laptops to find out.
