Sering nggak sih… sayur baru beli, masuk kulkas, eh 2–3 hari udah layu 😭 padahal niatnya mau disimpen biar masak lebih praktis… Ternyata bukan salah sayurnya, tapi cara simpennya πŸ™ˆ ini cara yang teteh pakai biar sayur tetap segar lebih lama, bahkan bisa tahan berminggu-minggu sampai bulanan πŸ‘‡ Langkah-langkahnya: Cuci dulu semua sayur di air mengalir, biar kotoran dan sisa pestisida hilang Sortir sayur β†’ kalau ada yang mulai layu atau busuk, langsung pisahkan ya (biar nggak nular ke yang lain) Siapkan lap/handuk bersih, basahin pakai air lalu peras (jangan sampai netes) Lap basah ditaruh di bagian bawah wadah/kulkas Tata sayur di atasnya dengan rapi (jangan terlalu padat biar ada sirkulasi udara) Tutup lagi bagian atasnya pakai lap basah Kenapa pakai lap basah? Karena sayur butuh kelembapan stabil, jadi nggak cepat kering, nggak layu, dan tetap fresh lebih lama Tips penting: Kalau lapnya mulai kering β†’ tinggal dibasahin lagi Simpan di chiller (bukan freezer) Jangan campur sayur dengan buah yang cepat matang (kayak pisang/apel), karena bisa bikin sayur cepat rusak Sejak pakai cara ini, teteh jadi jarang banget buang sayur πŸ₯Ή lebih hemat, dan masak juga jadi lebih praktis kapan aja Kamu simpan sayur kayak gimana, tulis di komen ya? πŸ‘‡ #tipsdapur #simpansayur #dapurhemat #lifehackrumah #masakpraktis #asahidtehyung
