The Problem with Digital Circus Merch

Did you know this in the amazing digital circus? Recently fans have been upset at glitch due to a number of problems with official merch. What’s going on? Let me explain. So the first problem relates to blind boxes. Glitch have been doing more and more merch collections that feature blind boxes. You have to gamble to get the item you want, and the special chase variants are basically unobtainable. Hot topic for example now does blind box mugs, with the most recent example being blind box mini glasses. So it’s a problem that’s only going to continue to get worse. Some characters rarely get merch, like ragatha gangle and zooble. Oddly in Japan however this isnt a problem. All the characters are featured equally. Basically every item was raised in price by a couple dollars across glitch’s site. There was no official update on why this happened, but it might be due to tariffs. And lastly fans have just been having issues with shipping and quality control in general. Things like items going missing, showing up damaged or having manufacturing faults. On one occasion i saw a fan who got an evil pomni that accidentally had regular pomni’s happy face. The ribbit and Jax magnets were also prone to issues, jax is meant to push ribbit away. However it’s quite common for jax’s magnet to be faulty, so ribbit clings to jax and he doesn’t repel her which is quite cute. So what do you think? Have you encountered any of these problems?
