A simple bee sting can turn into a life-threatening emergency within minutes. Knowing what to do can make all the difference: 1️⃣ Stay calm and keep the situation under control, it helps you act quickly and effectively 2️⃣ If the person has trouble breathing, sit them upright and loosen tight clothing to make breathing easier 3️⃣ Use an epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen) if available, inject into the outer thigh and hold for 3 seconds 4️⃣ Call emergency services immediately, even if symptoms improve Watch for signs like swelling, difficulty breathing, dizziness, or loss of consciousness, these can indicate anaphylaxis.
