15. This intriguing footage was captured on a dashcam at around 7pm. As the car turns around, a dark figure moves behind a white van, and something is clearly peeking out from a second floor stairway window. The viral image looks convincing, but the video shows the figure dipping back into a darkened doorway with a lack of realistic movement.
