INGREDIENTS -1kg pork belly (skin side scored) -1 1/2Tbsp soy sauce (for marinating) -1 1/2Tbsp liquid seasoning -Ground black pepper, to taste -Cooking oil -20-30g unsalted butter -2pcs onions, chopped -1 head garlic, chopped -1 1/2Tbsp soy sauce -2 1/2Tbsp oyster sauce -Water (enough to almost submerge the meat) -1/2tsp salt -Ground black pepper, to taste -400g canned mushrooms (400g net weight / 200g drained weight) -1/2-1Cup sweetcorn kernels -250g all-purpose cream -2-3Tbsp toasted garlic Hi!
