A crowd starts forming around a woman with a questionable looking push cart, a sheet tray loaded with bacon wrapped hot dogs, onions, peppers, and jalapenos, powered by a single Sterno flame. This is the LA Danger Dog, the undisputed late night food of Los Angeles, and I'm bringing it home. In this video I'm recreating the iconic Martinez style Danger Dog from scratch. Crispy bacon wrapped hot dogs cooked low and slow on the griddle, onions and peppers charred in that same bacon fat, Flamin' Hot Cheetos dust for that signature crunch, and every sauce you'd find at 2am in LA.
