How did this even happen?

After taking the win at Rockynats Kevo unfortunately developed a bit of a misfire on cold starts which left us looking for some answers. Westy and I spent some time diagnosing the issue to find that the valve clearance on all the inlet valves had diminished to less than .001" with cylinder 6 even holding the valve open!
