Lemon Juice 2 tbsp Corn flour and coat well 3-4 Potatoes and slice to semi-thick discs 1/2 cup Maida 1/3 cup Corn flour 1 tsp chilli powder Salt 1/2 beaten Egg Gradually add Water and whisk well to semi-thick slurry Stuff the Chicken in an aloo slice and insert the toothpick. Dip the Bangla Kodi in Slurry and drop in hot oil.
