Hey my love 🤍 Welcome to your final level-up workout. Today we’re making our main sequence more challenging by removing most of the rest between exercises. That means you’ll move from one exercise straight into the next with very little recovery, which will challenge your muscular endurance and definitely create a little burn 🔥 Don’t worry though. you’ll still get longer breaks between the different sequences, and all of our new sequences include rest between exercises so you can focus on proper form and quality movement. And remember: if you need a quick pause during the main sequence, simply stop for a moment and jump back in when you’re ready. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. You’ll need a block for some of today’s exercises, but feel free to leave it out whenever needed. This is the medium version of today’s workout.
