"THIS WAS A BAD IDEA!!" | Bearded Ginger's 8lb "Thor's Hammer" Beef Shank Challenge!!

American professional eater Randy Santel vs The Bearded Ginger's 8lb "Thor's Hammer" Beef Shank Eating Challenge hosted by The Bearded Ginger Bar & Grill in Spokane Valley, Washington of the USA's Pacific Northwest region!! After spending a few days in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, @KatinaEatsKilos and I flew to Spokane, Washington where her mom lives, so we could spend some holiday time with Katina's family and also attempt three huge and delicious Spokane area restaurant food challenges. For event #1, we headed to The Bearded Ginger Bar & Grill in Spokane Valley, Washington so we could each attempt their massive 8lb "Thor's Hammer" Beef Shank Challenge!! There is a one hour time limit to eat a huge 8lb super tender beef shank, which includes a massive 3lb bone. The owner / chef will cut up the beef shank for you and remove the fat and gristle before your time starts. Along with the ~5 lbs of beef, you must also finish lots of side items, including pint-sized portions of baked beans, coleslaw, and macaroni & cheese. There is a whole piece of toasted garlic bread split into halves, and the platter includes two chicken wings and two mozzarella cheese logs. Last but not least, there is a large portion of either tater tots or JoJo potato wedges, and you can also get a mix of both. There are no drinks or desserts required. Finish all 8 lbs (3.6 kg) of food within 60 minutes and win the $85 USD meal free plus a sweet T-shirt or tank top and a spot on their "Thor's Hammer" Wall of Fame!!
