I studied, researched, watched endless podcastss, met some INCREDIBLE fucking women and realized, the power in soical meida does NOT come when you watch someone else's life and do exactly what they are doing. The power comes when you: 1. NOTICE OTHERS- Notice how other women embody confidence. Not their outfits, not their aesthetics…their patterns. How do they speak? Make decisions? Recover when something goes wrong? What do they not do? 2. OBSERVE YOURSELF - Observe what those patterns stir up in you. Does it inspire you? Trigger you? Challenge you? Observation is about understanding your internal response, not judging it. 3. TEST - Test the pieces that resonate. Try their habits, their boundaries, their cadence, their posture but test them your way, in your real life. Confidence grows through experimentation, not imitation. and lastly, but most importantly... 4. DEFINE - Define what confidence looks like for you. This is where you strip away everyone else’s blueprint and carve your own. This is where confidence becomes a lifestyle, not a costume. This entire video is about the second stage. TESTING!
