Originally developed by Lockheed in the late 1940s, the P-2 Neptune served with numerous air forces and navies around the world as a long-range maritime patrol and anti-submarine warfare aircraft during the Cold War era. The aircraft featured in this video — A89-273 / VH-IOY — formerly served with the Royal Australian Air Force and is now operated by the Historical Aircraft Restoration Society (HARS) in Australia.
