I used to be a homebody and pessimistic about anything I would do until I started my fitness journey, then I succeeded losing 20kg (44lbs)🌈
The world I started to see changed, and gradually but surely, I started to be a more positive person. Till this day I keep on training to be the HAPPIEST and the BEST version of myself🤸🏼♂️
