To insert clickable checkboxes in Word, enable the "Developer" tab by right-clicking the ribbon, selecting "Customize the Ribbon," and checking "Developer." Then, click the checkbox icon in the Controls group. For printable, non-clickable boxes, use bullets or insert symbols from the "Wingdings 2" font.
