Fed up with having to eat off of the low calorie menu at restaurants? I’ve learned that when it comes to fat loss, yes a calorie deficit is important. But trying to do a calorie deficit with a slow and weak metabolism is like trying push on your gas pedal without any gas in the tank…you’re gonna get stuck. So if you want to lose stubborn body fat WITHOUT having to starve yourself to do it, you have to first REBUILD your metabolism. Having a strong/high metabolism shifts your body from fat storage to fat burning. And most importantly…it allows you to eat more food..and yes..SUPPORT your weight loss goals!
