I'm AFAA Group FITNESS Master Trainer, certified HIIT Coach, and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach.
I have been teaching Group Fitness my whole life. Every day I teach fitness classes in LA Fitness Florida and I'm a MOM of two kids :)
