An assistant professor from Lucknow University in Uttar Pradesh has been arrested after an alleged audio clip of him making inappropriate remarks to a female student went viral on social media. According to reports, the professor allegedly tried to lure the B.Sc student by offering help in exams and even promising to leak question papers. In the viral call recording, he repeatedly addressed the student in an inappropriate manner and allegedly pressured her to meet him before examinations. Despite the student telling him that she had completed her syllabus and prepared well, the alleged harassment continued.
