Why The U.S. Military Can’t Fix Its Own Equipment

The US Military spends billions on weapons and equipment every year, and can't even repair some of the most critical components when they break. They can't fix it because the maintainers aren't capable, it is because the Pentagon doesn't own the data that makes repairs possible. This is also known as "right-to-repair."
