📌 RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 broccoli
50 ml olive oil
Salt, black pepper, paprika
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
300 g marinated tomatoes
Green onion, parsley, dill
3 eggs
1 cup cream
Hard cheese
👩🍳 Instructions:
Rinse the broccoli, pour hot water over it, and pat dry. Mix with olive oil and spices, then bake for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
Sauté onion and garlic, add tomatoes, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Stir in fresh herbs — the tomato sauce is ready.
Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Arrange the broccoli, add tomato sauce, sprinkle with cheese. Whisk eggs with cream, salt, and pepper, pour over the casserole, and top with more cheese.
Bake for 30–35 minutes at 180°C (350°F) until golden brown.
