Emiru Lied, Part 1

In October 2025, Emily Schunk, the streamer most of you know as Emiru, went live and accused me of some of the most serious things you can accuse a person of. I didn't get to say a single word before the internet decided who I was. To most people the story was already finished. I was guilty, end of story. I'm not. I never did the things she said I did, and I have said the exact same thing every day since. I didn't want to do this the way these things usually go online, everyone angry and reacting and talking over each other. So I took her to court for defamation, and the court ordered me to lay it out one statement at a time, exactly what she said that is false. That is what this video is. Every claim sits next to the actual court record and her own words, so you don't have to take my word for any of it. You can look and decide for yourself. In June 2026, a federal judge reviewed her request to throw my entire case out and recommended the opposite. That it moves forward. This has been the worst year of my life. There were times I thought about staying quiet and letting the loudest version of the story be the only one. I'm not going to do that. I know a lot of you made up your minds about me a long time ago.
