Eating Out is a new series where we explore the fringes of the restaurant world.   This is the opposite of the comfortable home kitchen or the convenient local community diner.  We go to locations where serving food seems like an impossible task.   If humans can go there, then someone has to figure out how to feed them.   We will be there to tell you how these adventurous chefs pull off eating out in the most challenging areas of the world.
