Dr Scott travels to Peterborough to meet Saving Saints Rescue UK, a small charity with an enormous mission: giving the world's biggest, most overlooked dogs a second chance. Dogs like Barry, a blind St Bernard who came from a heartbreaking home situation and has spent months waiting patiently in kennels for someone to see past his challenges. And Hagrid, a sweet giant working through his own reactivity issues around other dogs. Big dogs are so often the hardest to rehome, but as this episode shows, just because they're big doesn't mean they're bad. They just need someone willing to put in the work. Along the way, trustee Amanda Rees shares her incredible personal rescue story, and we get hands-on with real behavior and training work to help these dogs find their forever homes.
