Bugün sizler için yumuşacık haşhaşlı çörek tarifi ile geldim👌🏻 Yepyeni tariflerde buluşmak üzere şimdilik hoşçakalın 🥰 HAŞHAŞLI ÇÖREK 1 paket instant maya 1 yemek kaşığı toz şeker 1 su bardağı ılık süt 1 su bardağı ılık su Yarım su bardağı sıvıyağ 1 adet yumurta beyazı (sarısını üzeri için ayıralım) 1 tatlı kaşığı tuz 5,5-6 su bardağı un 4 yemek kaşığı haşhaş Yarım çay bardağı toz şeker 1 su bardağı sıvıyağ Hafif ele yapışan bir hamur elde edelim. 1 saat mayalandıralım. Hamuru tezgaha alıp 4 parçaya bölelim. Her bir bezeyi servis tabağı büyüklüğünde açalım. Aralarına haşhaşlı harçtan sürerek üstüste dizelim. Son katına sürmeden hamurun önce bir yüzünü daha sonra çevirerek diğer yüzünü elimizle açalım. Harcından sürüp eşit şekilde yayalım. Önce 4 parçaya keselim. Herbir bölümü 3’e bölüp şekil verelim. Yumurta sarısını üzerine sürüp önceden ısıtılmış 200 derece fırında pişirelim. Afiyet olsun 🌹 POPPY SEED BUNS 1 packet instant yeast 1 tablespoon granulated sugar 1 cup lukewarm milk 1 cup lukewarm water ½ cup vegetable oil 1 egg white (separate the yolk for brushing on top) 1 teaspoon salt 5.5-6 cups flour 4 tablespoons poppy seeds ½ cup granulated sugar 1 cup vegetable oil Make a slightly sticky dough. Let it rise for 1 hour. Take the dough to the counter and divide it into 4 pieces. Roll out each piece to the size of a serving plate. Stack them on top of each other, spreading the poppy seed filling between each layer. Before spreading the filling on the last layer, first flatten one side of the dough, then turn it over and flatten the other side with your hands. Spread the filling evenly. Cut into 4 pieces. Divide each section into 3 and shape them. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Enjoy! 🌹 Mohnbrötchen 1 Päckchen Trockenhefe 1 EL Zucker 240 ml lauwarme Milch 240 ml lauwarmes Wasser 120 ml Pflanzenöl 1 Eiweiß (Eigelb separat aufbewahren) 1 TL Salz 5,5–6 Tassen Mehl 4 EL Mohnsamen 120 g Zucker 240 ml Pflanzenöl Einen leicht klebrigen Teig kneten. 1 Stunde gehen lassen. Den Teig auf die Arbeitsfläche geben und in 4 Stücke teilen. Jedes Stück tellergroß ausrollen. Die Teigstücke übereinanderstapeln und die Mohnfüllung zwischen die einzelnen Schichten geben. Vor dem Bestreichen der letzten Schicht eine Seite des Teigs flachdrücken, dann umdrehen und die andere Seite mit den Händen flachdrücken. Die Füllung gleichmäßig verteilen. In 4 Stücke schneiden. Jedes Stück in 3 Teile teilen und formen. Mit Eigelb bestreichen und im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 200 °C (350 °F) backen. Guten Appetit! 🌹 Brioches aux graines de pavot 1 sachet de levure instantanée 1 cuillère à soupe de sucre en poudre 1 tasse de lait tiède 1 tasse d'eau tiède ½ tasse d'huile végétale 1 blanc d'œuf (séparer le jaune pour la dorure) 1 cuillère à café de sel 5,5 à 6 tasses de farine 4 cuillères à soupe de graines de pavot ½ tasse de sucre en poudre 1 tasse d'huile végétale Préparer une pâte légèrement collante. Laisser lever 1 heure. Diviser la pâte en 4 morceaux. Étaler chaque morceau à la taille d'une assiette. Superposer les pâtes en répartissant la garniture aux graines de pavot entre chaque couche. Avant de garnir la dernière couche, aplatir un côté de la pâte, puis retourner la pâte et aplatir l'autre côté avec les mains. Répartir la garniture uniformément. Couper en 4 parts. Diviser chaque part en 3 et façonner les brioches. Badigeonner de jaune d'œuf et cuire au four préchauffé à 200 °C (thermostat 6). Bon appétit ! 🌹 كعكات بذور الخشخاش كيس واحد من الخميرة الفورية ملعقة كبيرة من السكر كوب واحد من الحليب الفاتر كوب واحد من الماء الفاتر نصف كوب من الزيت النباتي بياض بيضة واحدة (افصلي الصفار لدهن الوجه) ملعقة صغيرة من الملح 5.5-6 أكواب من الدقيق 4 ملاعق كبيرة من بذور الخشخاش نصف كوب من السكر كوب واحد من الزيت النباتي اعجني عجينة لزجة قليلاً. اتركيها لتختمر لمدة ساعة. ضعي العجينة على سطح العمل وقسميها إلى 4 قطع. افردي كل قطعة بحجم طبق التقديم. رصّي القطع فوق بعضها، مع توزيع حشوة بذور الخشخاش بين كل طبقة. قبل وضع الحشوة على الطبقة الأخيرة، افردي أحد وجهي العجينة، ثم اقلبيها وافردي الوجه الآخر بيديكِ. وزّعي الحشوة بالتساوي. قطّعي العجينة إلى 4 قطع. قسّمي كل قسم إلى 3 قطع وشكّليها. ادهنيها بصفار البيض واخبزيها في فرن مُسخّن مسبقاً على حرارة 200 درجة مئوية (350 درجة فهرنهايت). استمتع! 🌹 Aşağıdaki bağlantındanda beni takip edebilirsiniz. https://www.instagram....
