Brown Tabby Cat Devours a House Mouse after Toying It around

A neutered young male of brown tabby cat (Felis silvestris, family Felidae) had caught a house mouse (probably Mus musculus, family Muridae) and brought it back home. He toyed around the dead mouse for a while. And then the cat began to devour it headfirst. You can hear the cat crunching the mouse’s skull and bones. The domestic cat ate up the entire carcass of the prey, including four legs and a long tail. After that, the hungry fed on some cat food inside a cat cage. Finally, the cat licked the blood-stained carpet and then groomed himself. Captured in the late-afternoon (around 16:10 PM) of late-April 2021 in Japan.
