Learn this homemade restaurant-style chicken recipe step by step for a delicious family dinner. #CashewYogurtChicken #SuperChef #ChickenRecipe Yogurt and Cashew Smoked Chicken Cashew Paste Cashewnuts 1 cup Water 1 cup Chicken Marination Chicken 1kg Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt 1 Pack Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Cashew paste 1cup Black pepper powder Salt 1tsp Coriander powder 1tsp Cumin powder 1/2tsp Chilli flakes 1/2tbsp Oil 1/4cup Directions for Cashew Paste: 1- In a jar add cashew nuts, water and blend until a smooth paste forms. Directions for Chicken: 1- In a bowl add chicken, Nestlé Milkpak Yogurt , ginger garlic paste, cashew paste, black pepper, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chili flakes and mix it well. 2- In a pan add oil, marinated chicken and mix for 4-5 minutes. 3- Now cover and cook for 20-25 minutes. 4- Now add heated coal,oil, cover and give smoke for 1-2 minutes. 5- Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve.
