Learn this easy homemade cake recipe step by step with SuperChef and make a perfect dessert for mango season. #MangoCake #SuperChef #CakeRecipe Viral Mango Cake Cake Sponge Eggs 4 Caster sugar 1cup Vanilla essence 1tsp Flour 1 ½ cup Baking powder 1tsp Cake frosting Whipping cream 2cups Yellow food color 1tsp Mango jelly Water 1cup Mango jelly powder ¼ cup Cake layering Cake sponge Mango juice Cake frosting Mango chunks Mango slices Mango jelly Directions for Cake SPonge: 1- In a bowl add eggs, caster sugar and beat until creamy. 2- Now add Vanilla Essence and beat for another minute. 3- Now add flour gradually, baking powder and beat it well. 4- Now add flour again and mix it well. 5- Pour the prepared mixture into a mold and bake in a preheated oven at 160°c for 10-15 minutes. Directions for Cake Frosting: 1- In a bowl add whipping cream, yellow food color and beat it well. Directions for Mango Jelly: 1- In a pan add water, mango jelly powder, mix it well and make sure the jelly mixture should not be too thick. Directions for Mango Cake: 1- Take the prepared cake, remove the butter paper and uneven top and cut it into half. 2- Take the cake tray, add cake frosting, cake sponge, add mango juice, cake frosting, mango chunks, again cake sponge, mango juice, cake frosting and spread it evenly. 3- Now add mango slices, prepared jelly mixture and serve.
