2026 at Albert Park had everything as Australia returning as the F1® season opened for the second time since 2019 and took over Melbourne like never before. A record 483,934 fans were treated to a first time F1® Australian Grand Prix winner in George Russell, making it seven different winners from the previous seven F1® Australian Grand Prix races. We saw Audi and Cadillac make their much anticipated debuts on the F1® grid and yet another chapter was written in the Albert Park curse with an Australian still yet to officially stand on the podium at Albert Park. On-track, in addition to F1® we also saw F2®, F3®, Supercars, Porsche Carrera Cup and historic car displays and away from the action, our five dedicated fan precincts kept fans entertained with four full days of live music, guest appearances, car displays, brand activations and the best of Melbourne's famed culinary scene. We're already counting the days until we get to do it all again in 2027. Since 1996, the Formula 1® Australian Grand Prix™ has called Melbourne and the iconic Albert Park track home, with the event a feature on the city's annual calendar of major events.
