Video Announcement - Manchester Town Plan

The Town of Manchester will be hosting an introductory public meeting on JANUARY 20, 2026 at 5:30 pm at the Manchester Community Library to introduce and discuss our VISION MANCHESTER Town Plan Update process. This first public meeting is an opportunity to meet our local planning consultant, Regrowth Planning, learn about the planning process, and find out about the many ways you can participate and contribute to the discussion. This will also provide an opportunity to provide early input on the planning process.
