This province of China, Guizhou, is home to some of the most unique Chinese food in China. And today, I want to see exactly what $100 gets you by eating only street food. First up is deep in a Chinese street food market we found some amazing giant flat spicy rice noodles for under 2$. Then we kept eating throughout the day and found dish after dish of local Chinese street food, but the 100$ budget was barely moving. Will we be able to spend it all? One dish that really stood out to me was the giant plump baozi and also the "laziji" thousand chili chicken.
