Forest Trail Feast for Dogs | Complete Olli Recipe

In this video, I show you how to make this lightly cooked venison recipe inspired by woodland walks, earthy ingredients and rustic countryside cooking. Made with venison, sardines, mushrooms, kale and sweet potato, this recipe combines rich proteins with colourful whole foods and gentle cooking to help preserve nutrients and flavour. This recipe provides approximately 1,000 kcal. Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal): 350 g – Raw venison meat 100 g – Sardines in water 50 g – Hard-boiled egg 37 g – Beef liver 35 g – Mushrooms 35 g – Sweet potato 25 g – Kale 25 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement 15 g – Cranberries 6 g – Hemp seeds 6 g – Antler powder Directions: 1. Dice the mushrooms into small pieces. 2. Peel and chop the sweet potato into small cubes. 3. Finely chop the kale. 4. Hard boil the egg and chop into small pieces. 5. Add the venison to a pan on low-medium heat and gently cook for a few minutes. 6. Add the mushrooms and sweet potato and continue lightly cooking until slightly softened. 7. Stir through the kale, cranberries and chopped egg. 8. Optional: add a little warm water to create a softer casserole or stew-like consistency. 9. Turn off the heat completely and add the sardines. 10. Allow the food to cool before adding Olli and Antli. 11. Mix thoroughly and serve.
